Cancel domains and plans
Canceling domains can be done via the Control Panel -- Log in with your username and password, click on the domain you want to cancel and click the pen and then click cancel. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail within 15 minutes. Note that the cancellation is only valid after receiving this confirmation. If it concerns a move away from a domain, you automatically get the authorize code automatically sent by email for most extensions and the domain is "unlocked" so that it can be moved.
Cancel cloud server or other services
We ask you to cancel by e-mail at least one month in advance. We always send a confirmation. If you do not receive it within five working days, please contact us.
ReasonWe would like to hear the reason that you cancel (obviously not required), so that we can improve our service. In the unlikely event that something has gone wrong on our side, we would like to make it up for you. |

หากต้องการยกเลิกโดเมนสามารถทำได้โดยไปยังหน้า Control Panel (my.codeorange.co.th) ทำการเข้าระบบด้วยบัญชีผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านของท่าน คลิกที่ชื่อโดเมนที่ต้องการยกเลิกการใช้บริการ คลิกยังตัวเลือกทางด้านขวาบน คลิก "Create Cancellation” ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลการยกเลิกการใช้บริการและท่านจะต้องยืนยันการยกเลิกการใช้บริการผ่านทางอีเมลนี้เท่านั้น หากท่านต้องการจะทำการย้ายโดเมน ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลของรหัสการยืนยันตัวตนและโดเมนของท่านจะถูกปลดล็อคและสามารถทำการย้ายโดเมนได้
การขอยกเลิกเกี่ยวกับบริการอื่นๆ
เราแนะนำให้ท่านทำการยกเลิกการใช้บริการล่วงหน้าผ่านทางอีเมลอย่างน้อยหนึ่งเดือน ซึ่งท่านจะได้รับอีเมลการยืนยันการยกเลิกการใช้บริการกรุณาติดต่อเราหากท่านไม่ได้รับอีเมลยืนยันภายในห้าวันทำการ
เหตุผลการขอยกเลิกการใช้บริการเมื่อท่านยกเลิกการใช้บริการ ท่านสามารถให้คำแนะนำ ความคิดเห็นหรือข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมได้ ทางเราจะนำข้อเสนอแนะของท่านมาปรับปรุงแก้ใขสำหรับการให้บริการในอนาคตที่ดียิ่งขึ้น |
