Activate an SSL Certificate / การติดตั้ง SSL

3 options for SSL certificate:

  1. Let's encrypt via control panel
  2. Paid certificate via us (we provide all common certificates)
  3. Own certificate, you can use your own CSR, and provide us with: keyfile, certificate + intermediate certificates. Or we can give you a CSR, and you can give us only the signed certificate+intermediate certificates. If you want to use this, please contact us.

Activate an SSL Certificate (Let's Encrypt)

Please note : You must point the domain to our servers first before you request SSL certificate otherwise you'll get an error

You can follow this step to activate an SSL Certificate:

  1. Click new to install SSL in the Control Panel (my.codeorange.co.th)
  2. Choose sub domains like www and click install
  3. Wait a minute and refresh this page, then the status change from 'new' to 'finished'
  4. You can visit the website on click link (URL is https://)and see a green lock icon in your browser
  5. If the status change to 'error', please submit your request to our help desk and we'll will get your error fixed asap

3 ทางเลือกในการติดตั้ง SSL

  1. ติดตั้ง Let's encrypt จาก Control panel
  2. ซื้อ certificate ผ่านทางเรา (เรามีบริการ certificate พื้นฐาน)
  3. หากท่านมี certificate ของท่านเองอยู่แล้ว ท่านสามารถใช้ CSR ของท่านได้ โดยส่งข้อมูล keyfile, certificate + intermediate certificates มาให้เรา หรือเราให้ CSR ท่าน แล้วท่านส่งแค่ signed certificate + intermediate certificates มาให้เราก็ได้ หากท่านเลือกใช้รูปแบบนี้ท่านสามารถติดต่อมายังฝ่ายซัพพอร์ตของเราได้

การติดตั้ง SSL ให้เว็บไซต์ (Let's Encrypt)

ข้อควรจำ : ท่านต้องทำการชี้โดเมนมายังเซิฟเวอร์ของเราก่อนที่จะทำการขอ SSL Certificate

ท่านสามารถทำตามขั้นตอนได้ดังนี้:

  1. เข้าสู่ระบบ Control Panel (my.codeorange.co.th) ไปที่เมนู SSL 
  2. คลิกที่ปุ่ม ใหม่ เพื่อติดตั้ง SSL
  3. เลือกโดเมนย่อยที่ต้องการติดตั้ง และคลิกติดตั้ง
  4. เมื่อติดตั้งเรียบร้อยแล้ว สถานะของการติดตั้งจะเปลี่ยนจากจาก 'new' เป็น 'finished' การติดตั้งจะใช้เวลาสักครู่ หากสถานะยังไม่เปลี่ยนกรุณากดรีเฟรชหน้าอีกครั้ง
  5. ท่านสามารถเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ได้โดยการคลิกที่ลิงก์ของเว็บไซต์ (URL ขึ้นต้นด้วย https://) จะปรากฏรูปกุญแจสีเขียวในเบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน
  6. หากขึ้นสถานะ 'error' กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายซัพพอร์ต ทางเราจะดำเนินการแก้ไขให้โดยเร็วที่สุด
