I Lost my Control Panel Username

If you have lost the password for your Control Panel, you can request a new password via the link at the bottom of the login page at (https://my.codeorange.co.th/forgot/password) Enter your username here, choose Admin Contact and click validate. Then you will receive an email at the email address known to us with a link to reset the password.

Enter your username, select Admin or Tech contact (use Admin contact if you don't know) and a link to reset your password will be sent via email (to the contact person you selected).

If you have no access to any email address in your account, you can fill the reset Control Panel password form and send to our support.
You can send this form, together with signed valid ID (passport or ID card)
In the case of a company, a valid DBD (less than 6 month old) or company register showing the name of requesting person to be authorized director

FTP password

You can reset the FTP password via the Control Panel (my.codeorange.co.th). First log in with your Control Panel username and password, choose the relevant domain and then click on FTP password in the main menu.

MySQL password

You can reset your MySQL password via the Control Panel (my.codeorange.co.th). First log in with your Control Panel username and password, choose the relevant domain and then click on Databases.

Note: After changing your database password, all websites/apps that use it, will no longer work! So if you know that the password is already in use on your website(s), it is often more convenient to read the password from the configuration file of that website via FTP. Usually these files are called config.php or /config/config.php, settings.php etc. For WordPress you can find it in the file wp_config.php

ลืมรหัสผ่าน

หากท่านลืมรหัสผ่านสำหรับเข้าใช้งาน Control Panel ท่านสามารถคลิก (https://my.codeorange.co.th/forgot/password) ที่หน้าเข้าสู่ระบบทางด้านล่าง ใส่ชื่อบัญชีผู้ใช้ คลิกเลือก Admin contact และคลิกเลือก Validate หลังจากนั้นท่านจะได้รับอีเมลเกี่ยวกับการตั้งค่ารหัสผ่านใหม่

หากท่านไม่ทราบอีเมลของ admin contact ท่านสามารถกรอกฟอร์มคำร้องขอตั้งรหัสผ่านใหม่ และส่งให้ทางทีมซัพพอร์ต

กรุณาส่งฟอร์มนี้พร้อมแนบเอกสารการยืนยันตัวตน (พาสปอร์ต หรือบัตรประชาชน)
สำหรับองค์กร แนบเอกสาร DBD (ที่มีอายุน้อยกว่า 6 เดือน) หรือเอกสารทางราชการที่แสดงชื่อผู้ร้องขอเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน

รหัสผ่าน FTP

ท่านสามารถตั้งค่ารหัสผ่านใหม่สำหรับ FTP ได้ผ่านทาง  (my.codeorange.co.th) ขั้นแรกให้ทำการเข้าสู่ระบบเข้าไปยัง Control Panel เลือกโดเมนที่ต้องการแล้วคลิกเลือกที่เมนูรหัสผ่าน FTP ในหน้าหลัก

รหัสผ่าน MySQL

ท่านสามารถตั้งค่ารหัสผ่านใหม่สำหรับ MySQL ได้โดยการติดต่อทางฝ่ายซัพพอร์ต หลังจากที่เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน MySQL แล้ว เว็บไซต์ทั้งหมดจะไม่สามารถใช้งานได้จนกว่าจะเข้าสู่ระบบใหม่อีกครั้งด้วยรหัสผ่านใหม่ หากท่านทราบรหัสผ่านสำหรับเข้าใช้เว็บไซต์ของท่าน ท่านสามารถเข้าดูรหัสผ่านได้จากหน้า configuration file ของเว็บไซต์นั้นผ่านทาง FTP โดยปกติแล้วจะเป็นไฟล์ config.php, /config/config.php หรือ settings.php สำหรับ WordPress สามารถหาได้จากไฟล์ wp_config.php
