Domains and other services that you register with us are automatically renewed, unless you cancel them via the control panel my.codeorange.co.th or by creating a support ticket. To cancel, please do this according to your contract with us. In most cases domains are renewed each year for one year and have a 30 day notice if you want to cancel.

Note: You always receive a confirmation email about your cancellation. So if you have not received that confirmation, please contact us. Without confirmation your cancellation is probably not received.
