How to move a domain if it is not in my name / วิธีการย้ายโดเมนที่ไม่ใช่ชื่อของตนเอง

Domain name

          It is possible that a domain is registered by your internet provider, web designer or other organization. You can not move it immediately, because only the owner of the domain can give permission. The domain name is always technically the property of the person or organization mentioned in the WHOIS data. You can check on which name the domain name is registered via https://www.whois.net/ If you are not listed as a holder yourself, you will first have to put the domain in your own name.

Other extensions (.com, .net, .org)

          For the other extensions also applies that officially the domain name must first be in your name before it can be moved. Because the approval of removals of the most used extensions by e-mail, however, provided that the current holder cooperates, you can also move the domain names directly to us.

ชื่อโดเมน (Domain name)

          เป็นไปได้ว่าโดเมนอาจจะถูกลงทะเบียนโดยผู้ให้บริการอินเตอร์เน็ตของท่าน ผู้ออกแบบเว็บไซต์ หรือองค์กรอื่นๆ ท่านไม่สามารถดำเนินการย้ายได้ทันที เนื่องจากเจ้าของโดมนเท่านั้นที่มีสิทธิในการกระทำดังกล่าว ชื่อโดเมนเป็นทรัพย์สินของบุคคล หรือองค์กรที่ลงทะเบียนอยู่ในข้อมูลของ WHOIS เท่านั้น โดยท่านสามารถตรวจสอบชื่อโดเมนที่ลงทะเบียนได้ที่  https://www.whois.net/ และหากท่านพบว่าท่านไม่ได้เป็นผู้ครอบครองโดเมน ขั้นตอนแรกคือท่านต้องทำการยืนตันตัวตนเพื่อให้โดเมนนั้นเป็นชื่อของท่าน

          สำหรับ extensions อื่นๆ ที่ทำการลงทะเบียนโดเมนต้องเป็นชื่อของท่านก่อนที่จะทำการกระทำใดๆ เพราะสิทธิในการกระทำต่างๆ จะได้รับการยืนยันผ่านทางอีเมล อย่างไรตามท่านสามารถแจ้งเรื่องไปยังผู้ให้บริการปัจจุบันของท่านเพื่อย้ายโดเมนมายังเราได้
