Moving a domain name / ย้ายชื่อโดเมน

You can arrange the transfer of your domain in a number of simple steps. You can enter your domain name here and order it with the package you need.

After ordering you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail, and an explanation of the next steps.

Inform your current provider
Inform your current provider that you want to move the domain name away and get the authorization code / EPP code (for most other extensions) from them. With this TOKEN or AUTH / EPP code you initiate the move to Code Orange.

Warning: Never cancel the domain name with the current provider! Then other parties can also claim the domain name.

When you are ready
We provide a link in the email, so you can enter the authorization code when you're ready. We will then move your domain. Most customers want to have their website and email set up correctly before moving the domain name. That is why you can start the move yourself, but if you need assistance or help you can always contact us.

Duration of relocation of other domain names
For the most used extensions such as .com / .net / .org, a permission email is sent to the owner or the administrative contact of the domain name (e-mail comes from the WHOIS). After that approval, it can take about five business days, depending on the registry and your current provider. If permissions are given quickly, it could be faster. You can already update to use our name servers, so you don't have to wait for the process to finish: you can already use our services before the domain is fully transferred.

Will I remain the owner of my domain names if I transfer them to you?
Yes, a domain that is moved to us only changes from registration provider. You will remain the owner of your domain.

Are there costs related to a move/transfer?
No, there are generally no extra costs involved to move a domain to us. Only in some exceptional cases, for example with premium domains (extremely short/special expensive domains) or exotic extensions (where transfers are manual work) there could be a cost involved.

ยกเลิกการใช้บริการกับผู้ให้บริการปัจจุบัน

          แจ้งไปยังผู้ให้บริการปัจจุบันของท่านเรื่องต้องการขอย้ายชื่อโดเมนและขอ AUTH / EPP code หรือ TOKEN เพื่อเริมดำเนินการขั้นตอนการย้ายมายัง CodeOrange

ข้อควรจำ : ห้ามทำการยกเลิกชื่อโดเมนกับทางผู้ให้บริการปัจจุบัน อาจจะทำให้ท่านเสียชื่อโดเมนนั้นไปตลอดกาลเนื่อจากบุคคลอื่นอาจจะนำชื่อโดเมนของท่านไปใช้หากมีโอกาศ

เริ่มการย้ายชื่อโดเมนได้ทันทีหากท่านต้องการ

          ลูกค้าโดยทั่วไปต้องการให้เว็ปไซต์ของตนเองถูกตั้งค่าเว็ปไซต์และอีเมลอย่างถูกต้องการเริ่มต้นการย้ายโดเมน และท่านสามารถทำได้ด้วยตนเอง แต่หากต้องการความช่วยเหลือสามารถติดต่อขอความช่วยเหลือจากเราได้

ระยะเวลาในการย้ายชื่อโดเมน

          สำหรับการย้ายโดเมนในส่วนที่เป็น .com / .net / .org หลังจากรวบรวมข้อมูลหรือยืนยันข้อมูลจากผู้ที่มีสิทเรียบร้อยแล้วหลักจากที่ทุกอย่างยืนยัน โดยปกติทั่วไปแล้วจะใช้เวลาราวๆ  5 วันทำการทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ให้บริการโฮสด้วยเช่นกัน แต่ปกติแล้วสำหรับเว็ปไซต์ที่ทำการย้ายโดเมนยังคงสามารถเข้าใช้งานได้ปกติโดยที่ไม่กระทบกับผู้ใช้งาน 

สำหรับท่านที่ส่งสัยว่า ยังคงเป็นเจ้าของโดเมนอยู่หรือเปล่าหลังจากที่ทำการย้ายโดเมนมาทางเซิฟเวอร์ของเรา

          สำหรับท่านที่ทำการย้ายโดเมนมาทางเราจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเฉพาะผู้ให้บริการเท่านั้น แต่โดเมนท่านยังคงเป็นเจ้าของคนเดิม

มีค่าใช้จ่ายสำหรับการย้ายโดเมนหรือไม่?

          สำหรับการย้ายโดเมนมาทางเซิฟเวอร์ของเราจะไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการย้ายเพิ่มเติมแต่อย่างใด
