Overview of settings used in the this example

Server: example.org
Username: your username, to be found in the e-mail with login details 
Password: to be found in the e-mail with login details, otherwise you reset them via the Control Panel (my.codeorange.co.th)
Initial Path: may be left blank, -or- "example.org/www" 
Port: 21 
Protocol: FTP, -or- "FTP with TLS / SSL"
