Create SPF record / การสร้าง SPF record

          Adding an SPF record to your domain can make the delivery of your email more reliable. An SPF record indicates which e-mail providers are allowed to send e-mail from your domain. Especially delivery at domains such as Microsoft (Outlook, Exchange) and Google (Gmail) can be improved. 

In the manual below we use " exampledomain.nl " as our domain. 

Step 1: 

Generate an SPF record via http://www.spfwizard.net/:

          It is important that you know from which servers / providers e-mail for your domain is being sent. This applies to both e-mails that you send from e-mail programs and e-mails sent from your website (eg from a form). If the SPF record is not set correctly (completely), it is possible that your e-mails will no longer arrive. 

          Note: If you also send e-mail on your phone via your mobile provider, you should also add that SMTP server, but because this is difficult to find out, we recommend only Authenticated SMTP (basic account is included for free with your hosting package). 

          Enter your domain name in the first field (below is that exampledomain.nl), and tick the same values as in the image below. It is important to set up our outgoing e-mail servers at Add any domains that mail deliver this domain: Joe Job ) or when security of the domain plays a very important role. This is because SPF can disrupt email forwarding on the receiving end (something that you can not influence). 

Step 2:

          Set up the SPF record via the Control Panel at (my.codeorange.co.th). After logging in, click on your domain name and choose Name Servers. Add a record now (blue button). Copy the newly created SPF record on openspf.org (at the top of the gray) in the Content field. Note that you only copy the piece between the quotes, so from "v = spf1 up to the quotes at the end, so that it looks like in the picture below.

Name (prefix) must remain empty, the type must be set to TXT as below. Then click Create.

SPF for Code Orange can set to:

v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.managedomain.nl ~all

          การเพิ่ม SPF record ให้โดเมนของท่าน ทำให้การรับส่งอีเมลของท่านมีความน่าเชื่อถือมากขึ้น SPF จะช่วยให้ผู้ให้บริการอีเมลได้รับอนุญาตให้ส่งอีเมลจากโดเมนของท่าน เช่น Microsoft Outlook, Exchange and Google Gmail

ขั้นตอนที่ 1 : 

ขอรับ SPF record ได้ที่ http://www.spfwizard.net/:

          ข้อสำคัญคือท่านจะต้องทราบว่าอีเมลของท่านถูกส่งจากผู้ให้บริการอีเมลจากที่ใด ซึ่งจะมีผลทั้งการส่งอีเมลจากโปรแกรม และการส่งอีเมลจากเว็บไซต์ หาก SPF record ไม่ได้ถูกตั้งค่าไว้อย่างถูกต้องและสมบูรณ์อีเมลของท่านอาจจะส่งไปไม่ถึงผู้รับได้

ข้อควรทราบ : 

          หากท่านทำการส่งอีเมลของท่านด้วยโทรศัพท์ผ่านผู้ให้บริการเครือข่าย ท่านควรจะเพิ่ม SMTP server แต่การตั้งค่าในส่วนนี้ค่อนข้างซับซ้อน เราจึงแนะนำให้ท่านตั้งค่า Authenticated SMTP เท่านั้น

          กรอกชื่อโดเมนของท่านในช่องแรก (ตามรูปด้านล่างคือ exampledomain.nl) และเลือกตัวเลือกต่าง ๆ ดังรูปทางด้านล่าง และสิ่งสำคัญคือการตั้งค่า outgoing ในช่อง "Add any domains that mail deliver this domain" ให้ท่านกรอก Control Panel ของท่านที่ (my.codeorange.co.th)

1. หลังจากทำการเข้าสู่ระบบแล้วให้เลือกโดเมนที่ท่านต้องการตั้งค่า
2. เลือก "Name Server"
3. เลือก "Add a record now"
4. ทำการคัดลอก SPF record ใน openspf.org ที่สีเทาทางด้านบนลงในช่อง *ข้อควรจำ ให้ท่านคัดลอกตั้งแต่ "v = spf1 ไปจนสุดข้อความตามภาพด้านล่าง ส่วนช่อง Name(prefix) ให้ทำการเว้นว่างไว้และเลือก "TXT" หลังจากนั้นให้ท่านคลิกที่ "Create"

สำหรับการตั้งค่า SPF ของ Code orange:

v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.managedomain.nl ~all
