External mailserver/ การใช้งาน mailserver ภายนอก

If you would like to use external mail server (ex. Google, Office365), you can follow the steps below:

1. Login to our Control panel (my.codeorange.co.th)

2. Remove default MX record in "Nameserver". Go to Nameserver and click "Delete"

3. Create your MX records in “Nameserver”.  Click "New" to create MX records

4. Remove all mailboxes in “Email settings”

If  you have mailbox created in you account. This means all mail in the domain is working on our mailserver. You could remove all mailbox, then our mailserver can send the email to your external mail server.

สำหรับภาษาไทย

ถ้าท่านต้องการใช้งาน mailserver จากภายนอกเช่น Google, Office365 ท่านสามารถทำตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

1. เข้าสู่ระบบ Control panel (my.codeorange.co.th)

2. ลบ MX record ปัจจุบัน โดยไปที่เมนู Nameserver และคลิกที่ Delete

3. เพิ่ม MX records ที่ท่านต้องการใช้งาน โดยคลิกที่ New

4. ลบ mailbox ทั้งหมดใน Email setting

หากท่านสร้าง mailbox ในบัญชีผู้ใช้ของท่าน แสดงว่าเมลของท่านใช้งานอยู่ที่ mailserver ของเรา เมื่อท่านลบ mailbox ทั้งหมดระบบจะส่งอีเมลไปยัง mailserver ภายนอกของท่าน
